Day 1. Arrive Cape Town.
You will be met by our Goway representative and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure.
Table Bay (3 nights)
Day 2. Cape of Good Hope.
After breakfast today your will embark on a peninsula tour and travel along one of South Africa's most scenic routes, passing Hout Bay and Constantia Hills enjoying dramatic scenery enroute to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. Enjoy one of the most famous views in the world, False Bay. Stop at Bolders Beach to see the penguins at the naval town of Simon's Town. (B)
Day 3. Cape Town.
After breakfast, Cape Town known as ‘The Mother City of Africa’ is at your leisure. There are a wide variety of excursions to take while in the city, a trip up magnificent Table Mountain, just been name one of the 7 natural wonders of the world (cost approx $25 – weather permitting). Or you could visit the Victoria and Alfred waterfront development with its many shops and restaurants. You also might consider a visit to Robben Island, the former prison home of Nelson Mandela. (B)
Day 4. Cape Town to Kruger area.
Today you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to the Kruger area (not included). On arrival you will be met and transferred by road to the Sabi Sands Reserve. This afternoon, depart on a safari drive in an open Land Rover with your game ranger. Sipping sundowners under an African sky somehow "finishes off" the whole day's experience. (LD)
Sabi Sabi Bush Lodge (3 nights)
Day 5 & 6. Sabi Sands Reserve
This private game reserve brings together the legend of Kruger Park with the finest safari lodges. It provides a luxury South African safari experience that is unrivalled for its service, hospitality and Big Five game viewing. Here is a place where the rich and famous mingle with the safari connoisseurs who believe in doing everything in style. It is a place of uncompromising luxury and elegance! You will have the opportunity for game drives early in the morning and in the late afternoon when the animals are the most active. (BLD)
Day 7. Sabi Sands Reserve to Livingstone (Vic Falls)
This morning (time permitting) you depart on your final game drive with the hope of spotting that extra special sighting. After breakfast at the lodge and freshening up, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Zambia (flight not included).
On arrival in Livingstone you will be transferred to your, one of Goway’s Stay of Distinctions. Rest of day at leisure. (B)
Royal Livingstone (2 nights)
Day 8. Livingstone – Victoria Falls
After breakfast a tour of the falls, one of the seven natural wonders of the world and the in the afternoon a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River (B)
Day 9. Livingstone to Johannesburg.
After breakfast you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back to Johannesburg (B)
DEPARTURES:
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays for ease of direct flight between Kruger and Livingstone. Other days may be possible with flights via Johannesburg.
