Victoria Falls and Hwange

Day 1. Depart Johannesburg.
On a mid-morning flight to Victoria Falls. On arrival you will be met by the Goway representative and transferred to your hotel. This afternoon is at your leisure to enjoy the hotel´s facilities.
The Victoria Falls are Zimbabwe´s most famous attraction. Named by the locals as the ´Smoke that Thunders´ or Musi O Tunya these are the largest and probably the most beautiful waterfalls in the world!
Victoria Falls Safari Lodge (2 nights)
Day 2. Victoria Falls.
After breakfast you will be picked up for a guided tour of Victoria Falls. You´ll tour the Zimbabwean side, for there are numerous spectacular vantage points along the width of the Falls. We´ll walk through the permanent, beautifully misty rain forest which flanks the Falls, which includes the Main Falls, Horseshoe Falls, Rainbow Falls, the Boiling Pot, Cataract Island and Livingstone Island.
You will return to the lodge to relax or why not go into Victoria Falls town to view the markets for African curios.
This afternoon, you will be picked up for your Sunset Cruise on the Zambezi. You´ll have the finest vantage point from which to watch hippo, crocodiles and other animals which come down to the river´s edge in the early evening, and while you´re sipping your cocktail and enjoying snacks you´ll be captivated by the sun´s dying rays.
After your sunset cruise, you will be transferred back to your hotel; the rest of the evening is at your leisure. B
Day 3. Hwange National Park.
This morning you will be transferred by road to Hwange National Park, a 2 hour drive south of Victoria Falls, to enter into the Hwange National Park. You will then be transferred in 4x4 vehicles to your camp from this point which could take a further 3-4 hours depending on the wildlife you see on the way and also keeping line with the proper speed the park in these vehicles. Hwange National Park is another exceptional attraction covering over 14,000 square kilometers of bush. BLD
The Hide (2 nights)
Day 4. Hwange National Park.
Today you will have the opportunity to do some excellent game viewing in your morning and afternoon activities as well as enjoying and relaxing at the lodge. BLD
Day 5. Depart.
After an early breakfast, you will be transferred back to the Victoria Falls Airport for your return flight to Johannesburg. B
