Day 1. Arrive Udaipur.
On arrival, you will be met and transferred to the hotel of your choice.
Day 2. Udaipur Sightseeing.
You will be met at your hotel and taken, by private car with an English-speaking guide, on a half day tour of Udaipur. First of all, visit the City Palace, which stands, on a ridge overlooking Lake Pichola. It is an imposing structure and the largest Palace in Rajasthan.
You will see lavish apartments, fine paintings and visit rooftop gardens with spectacular views. Continue to Sahelion-Ki-Bari Park, an excellent example of the Hindu art of landscape gardening and the Gulab Niwas gardens with its outstanding collection of roses. Drive around the picturesque Fateh Sagar Lake. Also view the statue of the Maharana Pratap. (B)
