Day 1. Arrive Kyoto.
You will be met and given assistance to the bus for transfer to your hotel. Remainder of the day at leisure.
Day 2. Kyoto sightseeing.
Enjoy a scenic morning tour to some of Kyoto's most famous sites and discover why this ancient political capital of Japan is now is so fascinating!
Sites include the Kinkakuji Temple (Golden Pavilion), renowned for its beautiful Japanese garden and stunning Golden Pavilion; Nijo Castle which is noted for its gorgeous interiors (when closed, visit Ryoanji Temple instead), and Kyoto Imperial Palace which can only be accessed as part of a tour. (Please note on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays, the Imperial Palace is closed and this tour will visit Nishi Honganji instead). The tour finishes around lunchtime, leaving your afternoon free to enjoy Kyoto at your leisure. (B)
Day 3. Kyoto to your next destination.
At leisure before being transferred to the airport by bus. (B)
