Day 1 Sat. Kuala Lumpur to Cameron Highlands. Depart early morning from your hotel in Kuala Lumpur for Cameron Highland, located at 1542 meters above sea level and noted for its tea plantations and cool temperatures.
Enroute visit basket weaving at work followed by Lata Iskandar Waterfall and a native settlement. On arrival in Cameron Highlands tour the tea plantation, tea factory, market place and butterfly farm before transfer to your hotel for overnight.
Day 2 Sun. Cameron Highlands to Penang. Early morning drive to Penang, and enroute visit the Sam Poh Tong cave temple. Proceed further to Kuala Sepetang mangrove forest, the best managed mangrove forest in Malaysia and one that serves a very important ecological role in protecting the coastline from erosion.
Kuala Sepetang produces the bulk of the nation's top quality mangrove charcoal. Visit a charcoal kiln where quality charcoals are produced. Cross over to Penang, better known as the "Pearl of the Orient" via the fifth longest bridge in the world. Overnight in Penang for the next 2 nights. B

Penang Georgetown, Malaysia
Day 3 Mon. Penang. Morning tour of Georgetown visiting the 3rd longest reclining Buddha figure in the world followed by the Kek Lok Si Temple that was built in 1904. It is the most beautiful and largest Buddhist temple complex in South East Asia and is known as the Temple of the 1000 Buddhas. Also visit Fort Cornwallis, the water village, and Old Georgetown. Enjoy a trishaw ride, a still popular mode of transport in Georgetown. The rest of the day is at your own leisure. Explore the nightlife along Batu Ferringhi, Penang style! B
Day 4 Tue. Penang to Kota Bharu. Depart early morning and travel overland across Peninsular Malaysia through the main mountain range, which offers breathtaking views of the dense tropical rain forest whilst journeying through villages and plantations.
A photo stop will be made on Banding Island with its scenic view of the famous Temenggor lake, and then at a mountain point 1050 meters above sea level overlooking the Thailand and Malaysian border. On arrival in the state of Kelantan, proceed to the border town of Rantau Panjang, a meeting, mingling and trading point for people of Thailand and Malaysia. Overnight in Kota Bharu. B
Day 5 Wed. Kota Bharu to Terengganu. This morning visit the famous colorful wet market of Kota Bharu and the traditional cottage industries such as silver handicraft and songket weaving. Drive along the scenic coastline southward towards Kuala Terengganu. Taste some keropok, the very popular local chips made out of fish or prawn. Check in at the beach hotel and the rest of the day is free at your own leisure, or lazing on the fine beach. B
Day 6 Thu. Terengganu to Kuantan. After breakfast this morning, head towards Kuantan. Stop in Kuala Trengganu to visit Pulau Duyong, famous for its traditional way of boat making in the region. A must is the visit to the Islamic Civilization Park at the Waterfront Heritage City of Kuala Trengganu showcasing twenty replicas of great Islamic monuments of the world such as Alhambra Citadel of Spain, Taj Mahal of Agra India, Masjidil Haram of Mecca Saudi Arabia, Dome of the Rock Palestine and many more.
Also visit the Grand Crystal Mosque, a brassware-making centre, a fishing village, and enjoy an afternoon tea hosted by the local community before arriving in Cherating, Kuantan. Overnight. B
Day 7 Fri. Kuantan to Kuala Lumpur. Travel overland to Kuala Lumpur where the tour ends. B
