Brisbane - Surfers Paradise - Cairns - Sydney

Explore the very best of Australia combining the excitement of snorkelling on the Great Barrier Reef, exploring the Crocodile Hunter's Australia Zoo and meeting the unique wildlife of Australia. This tour is certain to entertain children and parents of all ages!

Day 1. Arrive Brisbane. Upon arrival in Brisbane you will be met and transferred to your accommodation. The rest of the day is at leisure Quay West Brisbane (2 nights)

Day 2. Australia Zoo. Today you will experience the best of the Australia Zoo. This wildlife "Theme Park" is too good to rush. You will spend almost 6 hours seeing the many shows and demonstrations including crocodile feeding and snake handling. The handlers even walk some animals through the park so you can get "up close and personal." The Zoo has a team of over 200 who believe in "conservation through exciting education", who will ensure you have a wildlife experience you'll never forget.

Day 3. Brisbane Sightseeing. This morning tour provides a great overview or the city centre and surrounding suburbs. Visit Kangaroo Point and Bartley's Lookouts where you will have a fantastic bird's eye view of this subtropical capital. Visit places such as City Hall, Parliament House, St Johns Cathedral, Treasury Casino and China Town. Enjoy morning tea by the river at the Breakfast Creek Hotel and explore the grounds of Newstead House, Queensland's oldest residence with its wide colonial verandahs overlooking the river. This afternoon you will be transferred to Surfers Paradise in the Gold Coast for your 2 night stay.

Day 4. At leisure.

Day 5. Gold Coast to Cairns. Today you will be transferred from your hotel to the airport for your flight to Cairns. Upon arrival in Cairns you will be transferred to your hotel and the balance of the day is free for you to relax or explore. The Lakes Resort (3 nights)

Day 6. Great Barrier Reef. Travel on Quicksilver's magnificent wave piercing catamaran to Agincourt Reef, one of the ribbon reefs on the very outer edge of the Great Barrier Reef. You can choose whether to dive, snorkel or view the abundant sea life from the underwater observatory, or semi-submersible submarine. A delicious smorgasbord lunch is included.

Day 7. Kuranda & Skyrail. Board the famous Kuranda Scenic Railway for a breathtaking journey on one of the world's most scenic operational train routes. Stop to view the spectacular Barron Gorge Falls before arriving at Kuranda Railway Station.The day is yours to explore the Village in the Rainforest and when you're ready to depart, make your way to the Skyrail terminal to return to Cairns.

Day 8. Cairns to Sydney. Today you will be transferred from your hotel to the airport for your flight to Sydney. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel where you will spend the next three nights. Medina Grand (3 nights)

Day 9. Sydney Sightseeing. This morning is at leisure before an afternoon city tour past the Opera House, Botanical Gardens and the southern beaches including Bondi.

Day 10. Blue Mountains Day trip. Depart Sydney and head for the Blue Mountains where you will be inspired by the breathtaking views and waterfalls. See the famous Three Sisters and other highlights of this great National Park.

Day 11. Depart Sydney. Today ends your fantastic trip to Australia. You will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight.

Sydney - Surfers Paradise

Day 1. Arrive Sydney. Upon arrival in Sydney you will be transferred to your hotel and the balance of the day is free for you to relax or explore. Medina Grand (4 nights)

Day 2-4. Sydney at leisure.

Day 5. Sydney to Queensland's Gold Coast. Today you will be transferred from your hotel to the airport for your flight to Brisbane. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel where you will spend the next two nights. Mantra Sun City (4 nights)

Day 6. Visit Australia Zoo. You will have plenty of time to experience the best of Australia Zoo. This wildlife "Theme Park" is too good to rush. You will spend almost 6 hours seeing the many shows and demonstrations including crocodile feeding and snake handling. The handlers even walk some animals through the park so you can get "up close and personal."

The Zoo has a team of over 200 who believe in "conservation through exciting education", who will ensure you have a wildlife experience you'll never forget. View the majestic Glasshouse Mountains bordered by pineapple plantations and pine forests as you travel along the Glasshouse Mountains scenic route.

Day 7-8. At leisure at Queensland's Gold Coast.

Day 9. Depart Queensland's Gold Coast. Today ends your fantastic trip to Australia. You will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight.

Day 2. Sydney Harbour Cruise. Enjoy the sights of Sydney aboard your morning coffee cruise. The afternoon is at leisure for further exploration.

Day 3. Historic Sydney. This morning join a walking tour of the historic Rocks district of Sydney. Your guide will enthrall the entire family with tales of early settlers and you'll gain an understanding of the settlement of Australia.

Day 4. More Sydney. Your vacation includes a visit to Sydney Aquarium at Darling Harbour.

Day 5. Sydney Wildlife. A highlight today is a visit to Featherdale Wildlife Park to see many native animals of Australia, including kangaroos and koalas.
