Day 1. Arrive Brisbane. Transfer to your hotel as chosen below. The remainder of the day is at leisure.
Day 2. Sunshine Coast. Today travel north to Australia Zoo, home of TV's "Crocodile Hunter". Watch the crocodile feeding demonstration and see some deadly snakes. Visit Underwater World and stroll along Mooloolaba Wharf before returning to Brisbane. Guests staying at Sunshine Coast Hotels will enjoy a full day tour to Fraser Island, the world largest sand island
Day 3. Brisbane to your next stop. At leisure until you are transferred to the airport. If you have the time, visit the Gold or Sunshine Coast, Fraser Island or O'Reilly's.

SUNSHINE COAST & NOOSA
Travel north past the Glasshouse Mountains over the panoramic Blackall Ranges. Visit the Big Pineapple where you can choose from a range of activities. Today we visit some of the Sunshine Coast's best attractions such as Mooloolaba Wharf complex, home of Underwater World. Travel on to Noosa Heads where you have free time to browse the many boutique shops of Hastings Street. Perhaps walk the beach of Laguna Bay with Noosa National Park as its backdrop. Follow the Sunshine coastline through the beach towns of Alexandra Hedland, Maroochydore and Coolum. Visit the Ginger Factory and learn how ginger is processed and shop for the many products produced from it. Continue back to Brisbane.

FRASER ISLAND DAY TOUR
En route to Fraser Island pass the Glasshouse and the old mining town of Gympie. Your guide will point out many fascinating aspects of this unique region and explain the rich aboriginal history and culture. You may see the wild dingoes that have made this island wilderness their home. Spend some time on the world's most beautiful highway - 75 Mile Beach. Stroll along the palm and fern studded banks of Wanggoolba Creek, the most outstanding rainforest area on Fraser Island.
Visit the incredible freshwater lakes. Take a dip in crystal clear waters. Return to the southern end of the island via the island road past evidence of the old sand mines. Ferry back to the mainland. Reboard your coach for a relaxing drive back to Brisbane, arriving home tired and exhilarated. A stop for dinner (own expense) is made on the return journey.

General Douglas MacArthur ran the Allied defence of Australia against Japan in World War 2 from his headquarters in Brisbane. The original office is being restored to include memorabilia of the period.
