GOLDEN CHAIN MOTEL OR GO-KIWI HOTEL PASS
If you are an independent traveller who prefers to plan as you go or are going on a self drive vacation, an accommodation pass is a great way to purchase good value accommodation.
Golden Chain Motel: Flexible planning and a fixed bargain rate – what more could you ask for. A selection of over 90 self-catering properties offering value for money. Most include a fully equipped kitchen and all units have private facilities and access to a guest laundry. Most motels do not have on site restaurants. Choose from Blue or Gold Passes. Gold properties are higher in price because they are in a high demand location and/or a higher standard of facilities available. Passes can be pre-booked or open dated, we advise you to pre book during Oct-Mar, as availability can be limited.

Go-Kiwi Hotel Pass: The Go Kiwi pass offers you the flexibility and freedom to explore New Zealand at your own pace. A selection of over 90 independently owned 3 and 4 star hotels and resorts in over 40 key locations throughout the country. With a high level of personal service and guest comfort, the majority of Go Kiwi Pass hotels feature licensed restaurants and bars for your enjoyment. All rooms have private facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, television and telephones. You can either pre-book some or all of your accommodation or you can purchase open dated vouchers.

A Farmstay provides you with a unique opportunity to enjoy the hospitality of friendly New Zealanders in the comfort of their homes. You can meet people who are genuinely interested in sharing their country and lifestyle with international visitors. Guests receive a pre-dinner drink, traditional New Zealand Dinner and Kiwi style breakfast, farm tour and related activities. Farm and country home-stays must be pre-booked.
Standard: Quality accommodation with shared bathroom facilities.
Superior: Superior accommodation with private bathroom facilities.
Farmhouses: Working farms; May include sheep, cattle and dairy farms.
Country Homes: Generally situated in a rural environment, not working farms.
City Homes: Usually located in and around larger cities and towns.

NZ B&B PASSES
The Bed and Breakfast collection brings together a range of individual properties, selected for their own unique character and charm. The Bed and Breakfast collection must be pre-booked. Choose from:
Standard B+B: "Standard" room with a minimum of guest share bathroom facilities. Continental breakfast included.
Superior B+B: "Superior Room" with either en-suite or private bathroom facilities. A choice of cooked or continental breakfast included.
Deluxe B+B: Properties of high standard are all priced individually.
