MOTOR HOME RENTALS
A motorhome holiday is free and easy! It's fun and it's great value for families, friends, groups or individuals. You just stop where you like and that's home for the night because your warm, comfortable hotel-room-on-wheels has everything you need. All the facilities and equipment to cook your own meals just the way you like them and cozy, comfortable beds for a great nights sleep. You'll be pleasantly surprised at how good the campsites are with excellent cooking, washing and laundry facilities. With the famous Downunder weather and lifestyle, this is also a great way to meet the friendly locals.

New Zealand highways - in the main - are of a high standard; main highways are sealed and offer no difficulty for motorists from overseas. Those routes not sealed are generally well-graded and maintained. Visiting drivers can generally expect to average 90 km per hour during a day's drive in New Zealand.

TWO BERTH "SPIRIT 2"
Featuring: 5 speed manual transmission column change, 1.84m interior headroom, two ring gas stove, side access and radio cassette.
Spirit 2 Diesel Tax Recovery fee (DTR) will be payable per 100 km at the end of the hire. The fee per 100 km will be NZ$3.35. Note: diesel is cheaper to purchase than Gas in New Zealand. Spirit 2 is available in both diesel and petrol, it will not be determined which vehicle will be provided to you until pick up.

Featuring: 6 speed manual (automatic available at additional cost), power steering, power assisted brakes, radio, CD, In-vehicle infotainment, pressurized hot and cold water, shower and toilet facilities, microwave oven, a 2 ring gas stove with grill and generous locker and bench space. Seat belts for 4 passengers.
Dual rear wheels ensure easy driving and a smooth ride. To guarantee automatic transmission, an additional daily fee is payable.

PRICES:
Motorhomes must be rented in New Zealand for a minimum of 5 days. The following discounts off the above rates are available for long-term rentals:
21-34 days = 5%
35+ days = 20%
Rates also vary throughout the year. Please request prices for the dates you wish to travel.

RATES INCLUDE:
Unlimited km, NZ GST and insurance as mentioned above with a bond deductible paid upon arrival.
NOT INCLUDED:
One way rental, Queenstown and Wellington location fees, diesel Tax Recovery fee paid locally. Note: All rates are based on calendar days (i.e. Monday / Monday is 8 days). Motorhomes can travel inter-island. Ferries can be pre-booked for your motorhome, additional rates apply.

ONE-WAY RENTALS:
One way rentals are available between all locations. A one way fee of $220 is charged for all rentals between the North and South Islands between 01Oct 08' – 31Mar 09'.
Queenstown and Wellington branches incur a fee of $200 in addition to the one way rental fee (if applicable).
No Worries Cover can only be sold to customers who have purchased either Excess Reduction 2 (ER2) or the Britz Bonus Pack or Maui Premium Package:
- The Maui Premium Package of NZ$50 per day (maximum NZ$2,500 per rental) is payable in addition to the daily rental.
- Excess Reduction Option 2 (Insurance) is included in the Maui Premium Package.
Please Note: No Worries Cover is in Australian dollars for Australian Travel and New Zealand dollars for New Zealand Travel and all other standard conditions will apply.
NOTE: All rates are based on calendar days (i.e. Monday/Monday is 8 days). Motorhomes can travel INTER-ISLAND. Ferry rates are additional and can be pre-booked.
DRIVER'S LICENCE:
A current domestic or international driver's licence is required by all persons intending to drive the vehicle. Minimum driver's age is 21 years.
INSURANCE:
For your protection all vehicles are insured for damage to the vehicle or to the property of a third party. The hirer is responsible for the first NZ$7500 ("The Excess") of the cost of the damage to the third party property or rented vehicle. This excess can be reduced by the purchase of Excess Reduction Options.
Option 1: Pay NZ$20 per day (max. charge NZ$1000) will reduce the excess to NZ$2500.
Option 2: Pay NZ$38 per day (max. charge NZ$1900) will reduce the excess to nil.
These options are payable at the commencement of hire. The bonds may be paid in cash, credit card or travelers cheques and are full refundable when the vehicle is returned with no damage to the vehicle or third party property.
