My wife and I recently took a tour of Korea provided through Goway and AAA Carolinas. We initially thought that the tour was overpriced, but after completing the trip our opinion has changed. We have taken many tours and, we would rate this one as excellent.

The hotels were top-notch, the itinerary was great, and our tour guide Grace was wonderful. Every detail was well planned and executed flawlessly.

We look forward to our next Goway tour.

I am writing to tell you of my experience dealing with Erin Travis who assisted me in booking a vacation to Thailand. She was extremely professional and helpful. She answered all of my questions (I had many) with extreme patience and offered helpful suggestions. It was an extremely pleasant experience. Booking a vacation to Thailand was extremely stressful because one has to worry about multi-city bookings and getting to and from all of these different cities. However, Erin made me feel at ease and did all of the work for me. My wife and I travel often and usually we do it with no problem online because we often travel to a single destination but we rarely travel to the same place twice. Lately, we are running out of solo destinations and we are leaning more towards multi-city destinations. Because of my experience with Erin, I will not hesitate to pick up the phone and call you; we will definitely use the services of your company again as we are sincerely delighted with our experience with Erin. I would say that I wish more travel agencies and websites were like yours but more over, I wish more people were like Erin when booking something as complicated as travel; you are lucky to have her.

The Great Wall was spectacular, as well as the terra cotta warriors in Xian. My favorite tour was in Chengdu to see the pandas at the breeding center.Everything was very well organized. All the guides were exceptionally knowledgeable and spoke very good English. The guides were at the airports to meet us at every location and stayed with us throughout the tours. The guides even took us back to the airport and helped us get to the right airline and comfortably on our way to the next destination. The hotels we stayed in were all four-star, conveniently located and had great restaurants. Goway did a fabulous job in putting this vacation together for us, and we plan to use them again for our next adventure.

I fell in love with Shanghai. I liked the tone of the city, the location of the hotel so it was easy to walk to the Bund and having enough free time to explore the city on my own, taking the subway and then the Maglev was exciting. But I cannot express how wonderful it was to walk on the Great Wall (and be out of breath!) and to take in all of the Terra Cotta Warriors!

I am writing to tell you that I just returned from your China Odyssey/Yangtze River Cruise Trip and it exceeded my expectations! The hotels were great and the food was amazing.  I've been on many tours, and usually you get shunted off to "tourist restaurants" - not in this case!  We ate where the locals ate and it was sublime.  I have never before been on a tour that had so much included (tai chi lesson, acrobat show, etc., etc.). Last year, I spent significantly more to go to South Africa with Globus, and received significantly less! Every single person on the tour was impressed by how wonderful it all was.

‘All the transportation was fabulous. We probably could have done it cheaper like our friends did it but we saved a pile of aggravation and frustration having everything pre-booked, including the luggage transfer and reserved seats on a packed weekend bullet train. Thank-you for arranging that all!!!!!!!! I will highly recommend that to anyone who asks and I suspect or friends will as well. They almost killed each other some days!!

Loved Kyoto. More than Tokyo. So amazing! We had free goodwill guides in both cities which helped us get the lay of the land.

Tokyo Disney was crazy busy!!! The hotel was amazing. Great breakfast and view of Tokyo harbour. Nice big room.’

We recently returned from the China Odyssey Tour. We anticipated this would be an exciting holiday but the whole trip far exceeded our expectations. We want to laud you on assuring that every aspect of the tour was superbly planned. We learned much about the country, it's wonderful history and welcoming people. We particularly enjoyed our visit to the countryside where we met the painter Zhang Quingy and watched him create one of his beautiful paintings.

Praise must go to Jimmy our overall guide as well as each of the city guides. They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

The meals were excellent but for us two full course Chinese meals a day was too much food. A light lunch would seem more appropriate as well as a western meal once during the two weeks.

Needless to say we would highly recommend your tour company to our friends contemplating an excursion.

Clients are traveling now. Much of the trip was done last minute due to client's having problems with Visas for India. Shawna was very calm and helped keep everything going even though payment hadn't been received until a week before travel. Also, there were services added on even after final payment.
