EARLY BIRD SNOWBIRDS SAVINGS FOR DOWNUNDER

Goway Travel, who pioneered the idea for Snowbirds to escape winter in Australia and New Zealand, is offering an early bird booking discount. Travellers booking before July 31st, 2003 will enjoy free insurance for one month, a $100.00 per person saving on their long stay vacation. They will also be eligible to win a refund of their trip cost in a draw to be held on October 31st, 2003. Exclusive comprehensive insurance at the very low rate of $100 per person per month with no age limit and pre-existing conditions waived is, however, mandatory.

Goway operates three (3) exclusive departures on January 17, January 31 and February 14 for one, two or three month stays. Snowbirds can fly to Australia’s Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast and New Zealand’s Bay of Plenty or they can combine the destinations. The inclusive packages range in price from $3,059 per person (quad share) or $3,659 (twin) for a one month stay to $4,159 (quad) and $5,839 (twin) for a three month stay on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland Australia. These prices are from the west coast and include return airfare with Qantas Airways, a fully self-contained apartment, grocery starter kit, welcome and farewell parties, an orientation tour and the services of Goway’s local representatives plus many more goodies such as flight bag, neck pillow, diary, cleaning and linen service, discount book and phone card (free call home). Goway Snowbirds will also receive free membership in several local clubs and recreational centres, which offer amazingly low priced dining, entertainment and other facilities. In addition to the company’s local representative Goway clients have a toll free line to Goway’s Sydney office for additional service and comfort. We should also mention again the company’s exclusive insurance.

Having operated the program for over 10 years Goway’s Snowbird destinations, properties and program are tried and tested for the Canadian Snowbird. Since it will be summertime downunder travellers are guaranteed warm weather. The local area atmosphere is safe, friendly and very relaxed. Essentials such as food (and fabulous wines) are very reasonably priced, even before considering we get change for our Canadian dollar in Australia and New Zealand.
