Goway Travel, a leading North American Travel Specialist, is proud to announce the arrival of a female koala last week at Rainforestation Nature Park, in Cairns. The young koala emerged to the outside world from the pouch last week. This is the second baby for Goway’s Matilda, who joins her brother Walter. (At birth, koalas are about the size of a bee, and remain in the mother’s pouch for approximately 6 months).

To celebrate, Goway is inviting North American residents to submit a suggested name for this new bundle of joy! The winning entry will be judged by Goway’s President, Bruce Hodge, and Charles Woodward, owner of the CaPTA group of companies, which includes Rainforestation. The successful submission will be awarded a trip for two to Cairns Australia, including round trip airfare with Qantas Airlines from Los Angeles/San Francisco to Cairns, 5 nights accommodation, and a daytour to Rainforestation to meet the koalas.

To enter, simply submit your name suggestion, together with contact details, at www.goway.com/namethekoala by midnight Jun 30, 2006. Alternatively, submit your entry by mail to: GOWAY Name the Koala Contest, 3284 Yonge Street, Suite 500, Toronto ON M4N 3M7. Mailed entries must be postmarked before June 30, 2006. The winning name will be announced on www.goway.com on July 15, 2006.
