Our perfect "Trip of a Lifetime"
We met a Goway Agent at our local Travel Show Expo in January 2025. We had booked a cruise to New Zealand for December 2025 and wanted to start our trip by experiencing Sydney Australia for a few days both before and after the cruise. We asked our travel agent to work with Goway to set an itinerary for us. The two companies worked well together in putting together things for our group of 14 to accomplish. Once the plans were drafted, the fees paid, and our feet were actually in Sydney, the dream began. All transportation connections were flawlessly executed. Most times the transportation was waiting for us. Only once was our wait more than 10 minutes. The private guide assigned to us was charming, thoughtful, helpful and well trained in the areas we were touring. The motorcoach drivers were excellent in the services provided to us. The hotels we were booked into were of top quality. The tours and activities which were planned for us far exceeded our expectations. We toured the Sydney Opera House, went to the Sydney Zoo, experienced the Scenic Skyway at The Three Sisters in the Blue Mountains. We had a boat tour and lunch in Darling Harbor. We went to Bondi Beach and toured Museums and Botanical Gardens. It was like being in a "Wonderland" and our experience was due to the quality and expertise of the organization we had chosen to help us - Goway. This organization knows how to show people the jewels of Australia. We may have been just "another tour booking" to them, but they made the entire experience a priceless memory for our family. We may never be able to return to that part of the world, but we will certainly be recommending the Goway organization to those we come in contact with who are contemplating a trip to the region.

New Zealand and Australia - Thank You GoWay Travel
My wife and I trusted GoWay Travel to tailor an itinerary that maximized our time in New Zealand (for 2 weeks) and immediately thereafter in Australia (for 2 weeks). Our GoWay Travel advisor Paul W. planned such an extraordinary vacation experience for us that words do not do justice to her efforts. The breadth and length of our stay renders it impossible for me to itemize all that Paula W. made possible for us to savor. What we hoped would be a "Bucket List" trip turned out to be precisely that. Paula W. clearly paid close attention to our tastes, to our age and ranges of physical fitness for different levels of travel exertion and to our interests. What we were provided was as memorable an experience as we could have wished for. From airport and hotel transfers to unique one-of-a-kind experiences, we were so pleased with the seamless flow of everything that Paula planned (and importantly discussed in detail with us in advance). New Zealand and Australia are such unique and special countries - we are so glad that we chose GoWay Travel and Paula W. to plan our stay and to so enhance our experiences. I unequivocally recommend GoWay GTravel and Paula W.

Great Trips to Australia and New Zealand
We've had two unforgettable trips arranged by Joanne - Australia January 2024 and New Zealand in January 2026. Our itineraries were executed flawlessly and incorporated some on the go changes. Great advice and arrangements for things to do. Highly recommended!!!

Alice Teramoto is such a pleasure
Alice Teramoto was such a pleasure to work with on our New Zealand trip -- so knowledgeable and efficient. Once she found out I was traveling with my 16 y.o. son, she catered all the events so that he/we would have a blast and we did. She also took to heart that I really did not want to have to think about/make decisions while on trip so everything was pieced together seamlessly with clear instructions. We had zero issues while on trip staying in 4 different hotels over 10 days with multiple tours or transfers everyday. It is so hard to believe that it all went seamless - really an unbelievable trip.

I booked a 5+week tour to Australia with only 3 weeks notice. Goway and Sam Day, my travel advisor, did a great job of ensuring that I saw everything on my list. Highly recommended them for your travel needs.

Jessica S at Goway did a great job! Highly recommended!
Jessica S at Goway did a great job of putting together a very detailed, 3 week, custom travel itinerary that allowed us to experience the top destinations and experiences in New Zealand (both on the North as well as South Islands), based on our interests and timeframe, all for a very reasonable price. Her expertise and knowledge of New Zealand saved us from having to do countless hours of research as well as the associated hassles of us having to book each individual tour, hotel stay, transfer, etc ourselves. Creating a custom itinerary was so much better for us than taking a pre-packaged tour. Our trip went great and there were no glitches. We were very happy with our trip and highly recommend using Goway for your next custom-designed travel adventure.

Trip to New Zealand & Australia (Aug. 2025)
Our Destination Specialist Mikayla McInnis did a terrific job putting the itinerary together and staying on top of changes posed by some airlines. She maintained excellent communication throughout the process. Every aspect of out trip was planned and timed to perfection. We could not have asked for more. Visiting New Zealand and Australia compares to none and the amazing experience will remain with us as unforgettable memory for life.

New Zealand/Australia trip flawlessly executed.
The trip went amazingly smoothly. All flights, accommodations, transfers, and excursions were on time and as described. No surprises. First class all the way. We worked with Jessica Scott for almost six months planning this trip. She never failed to advise and work out all the details. In one of those instances where I thought I had a problem, but really didn't. I called the Goway 24-hour hot line. Got an instant response and they solved my non-issue, LOL Will definitely use Goway in the future.

New Zealand is known for its unique, vibrant culture reflecting a rich melange of Māori history, European colonial influences and modern multiculturalism. New Zealand’s culture is also strongly connected to its stunning natural surroundings. This unique blend of influences has shaped a warm, welcoming and diverse society that prides itself on its heritage and inclusivity.

Many foreign currencies go a long way in New Zealand, which offers a favourable exchange rate for visitors from North America and Europe. For instance, $1 USD is worth approximately $1.7 New Zealand dollars (NZD), making even the priciest restaurants, hotels and activities more affordable.

While it may not allow for an in-depth exploration of every region, two weeks in New Zealand should be enough to get a taste of the highlights and enjoy some key activities, especially if you focus on either the North or South Island.

Seeing New Zealand from the open road is an ideal way to experience it—just remember that driving is on the left side of the road and roads can be narrow and winding, making trips longer than expected. If you aren’t comfortable with driving, Goway can tailor-make an itinerary using an amazing collection of small-group transport and touring options, local trains and coach services, and more. If time is a factor, you can also easily fly between major cities.
