This means that you have the freedom, flexibility and comfort that you can drive up steep hills, on gravel roads and even park in an underground carpark with no problems and still enjoy the cooking and sleeping options of a campervan.

The great features that you get with your Spaceships include a dual battery system (so you don’t need a mains plug); extendable bed with two sleeping options for extra space and ventilation; lockable storage; CD/DVD and MP3 player plus chiller/fridge, stove, and all the essential living equipment. Plus there are unique features such as our Space Stations around the country offering free advice and great deals for Space Travellers, and the special Space Community where you can meet other Space Travellers by swapping DVDs with them and at the Space Stations.

BETA 2 BERTH

A newer model (with an even spacier shape); low mileage, bigger DVD screens, new fridge freezer, new design portable stove, bigger back awning, large side awning and even a portable toilet option!

BETA 4 BERTH

All the benefits of Alpha 2 with an additional double bed on the roof.  Best suited to families but can fit four adults if you don't mind being cozy.

• Must hold a valid unrestricted or probationary driver's licence from the following countries: All EU countries, Australia, Canada, New Zealand or the USA.
•  The minimum driver’s age is 21 years.

BOND

Credit card details must be provided to us by you at the commencement of the Rental Period for the purposes of freezing the Bond. Where a credit card is not available, a cash bond will be held by us for twenty-one days following the end of the Rental Period. An administration fee of £20 applies for any cash bonds.

If paying by credit card, additional charges (comprising credit card surcharges) may apply as follows:

• in respect of Visa and MasterCard, 2% of the total hire charge; and
• Diners and Amex cards are not accepted.

You authorize us to hold a bond in the amount of £1,500 on your credit card at the commencement of the Rental Period. You authorize us to use the Bond to cover insurance excess costs (and any incidental costs) as a result of an accident during the Rental Period. The bond amount will be deducted in full from your credit card (or retained from a cash deposit) if you are involved in an accident whilst using the Vehicle. The bond will be released when the Vehicle is returned provided no damage has occurred. The bond is applicable regardless of who is at fault and must be paid at the time the accident report is completed, not at the completion of the rental. The bond will be refunded to you if we are successful in recovering the costs of the damages from the third party. You acknowledge that you must pay for anything not covered by insurance or the Bond.

For additional non-refundable fees, you may purchase from us “All-inclusive” insurance. This will reduce the Bond payable by you on a per-incident basis unless the loss or damage is not fully covered by insurance. If an accident occurs before the expiry of the Rental Period you must pay additional fees for the remaining days of your hire if you still wish to obtain the benefit of “All inclusive” insurance for the remainder of the Rental Period. The “All inclusive” fees and the amount of reduction to the Bond are set out as follows:
