Great to work with

Thank you Ivan, for all of your help and advice in setting this trip up for my clients. You were great to work with and so knowledgeable. You didn't get ruffled at the last minute decisions by these clients either, and I appreciate that too. Another great trip

Thanks for all you did to make it a success. I would never have thought that Atacama would turn out to be my favorite part of the trip, but it was. Do not hesitate to recommend it to clients. The Explora Lodge was fantastic. It was a short walk into town but what was really great were all the available activities each day. We did as much as possible. What was really nice was a couple of adjustments they made for our age and ability, so that we could do parts of hikes. It has every type of scenery possible.

The time spent on Easter Island was exactly the right amount, as we saw everything in two days of touring. While the Altiplanico Hotel was fancier don't hesitate to use Iorana Hotel, especially if clients are trying to save some money. It's close to town and right at the water's edge. The swimming pool was large and the menu, while fixed, was delicious.

I thought it was a great trip and well planned. Thanks so much for everything…

Made me feel like I was the only client

Good morning,

I think we all too often spend the time to send a comment when something goes wrong, but I wanted to take a moment to tell you what a pleasure it has been arranging a short tour in Cusco for our mutual clients with Lee. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about the destination, he offered some very practical advice about my options and wasted no time at all in getting an itinerary to me.

Thanks to his prompt action and pleasant and efficient manner, it was an easy decision to book with Goway rather than another supplier -- less than 24 hours after we first spoke. This booking happened to come on Friday afternoon and I had limited air options that I was only able to hold for a few days before releasing the space or ticketing. To make a long story short, Lee went out of his way to get the confirmation back in record time, and - greatest compliment I can offer - made me feel like I was the only client he had at the time.

I'd like to express my appreciation to Lee through you, and to acknowledge him to our company president and leisure manager as copied above. Keep it up, Goway!

Everything was wonderful

I want to thank you for a well planned trip for everything was wonderful.
We were met at each step of the way by a guide and then we were given a tour of each city. LAN airlines were great for I wish the USA airlines were as customer service oriented as they were.

Everything went exceptionally well

Hi Alison.

We arrived home last night. Everything went exceptionally well. The guides / drivers were always on time (often early in fact), they spoke good english and were very knowledgeable. The hotels were all first class. We liked Guatemala very much particularly Lake Atitlan - the scenery there is just stunning and The Casa Palopo - wow talk about rooms with a view - it equals the best we've ever had. The Panama Canal experience was great - the full day transit trip of the canal is a long day - 13 hours - but well worth it. Also the weather was perfect every day - unfortunately can't give credit to Goway for that one!!! So all in all a spectacular trip.

We definitely felt like royalty

Dear Melissa:

Just wanted to say thanks for a fantastic trip!! Jill and I were amazed at the service we received and the quality of the places we stayed. Goway Travel did a superb job at keeping us informed and always performed as promised, always on time and smiling! We had a number of changes in arrivals due to flight delays and a Goway rep was always there when we landed, and adapted to the changes in schedule with out any problems. When we landed 3 hours late at 2 AM in Quito, a representative was there with a smile. We walked through the confused and upset other travelers and were whisked off in our private transportation to our hotel without any fuss or bother!

All of the tours that we did (in Ecuador and Peru) were done with just the 2 of us and a tour guide and they were all knowledgeable and interesting - we realized that many people who were just viewing the attraction on their own were missing most of the best parts. We definitely felt like royalty as we were escorted around in private - what a great way to travel!!

For the Galapagos part of the holiday - our ship, the Legend, upgraded us to a larger cabin than we had booked which gave us a lot more room and comfort. The staff was all friendly and the food on the ship was exceptional. By breaking down the guests into groups of about 16 for the land hikes and tours and snorkelling we felt like we had a more personal experience like you might get on a small vessel. Great organization.

We were also upgraded at 2 of the hotels to suites, and were only disappointed that we had such a short time to enjoy all the services available.

the trip so far has been excellent

Hi Michael,

Just to let you know, the trip so far has been excellent. If there is any way you can pass on to your office in Santiago that the private guide, Rodrigo, for our tour in Santiago was most excellent. We would highly recommend him in the future. And thanks again for the extra lunch.

Easter Island was amazing. Turns out we were assigned the daughter of the archaeologists who directed the restoration of the Ahu and 15 moais and who were also involved in the restoration of Orongo village. Her background stories of growing up amid such reconstruction were fascinating.
