There’s never been a better time to visit South Africa and our 10-day trip offers exceptional value for money. The dollar has never been stronger against the South African Rand and that translates to superb value for you.

Cape Town sits in one of the world’s most spectacular settings. There is so much to do and we give you the opportunity to explore it at your own pace. A tour of the Peninsula is a must and you get to see Cape Point and the colony of penguins at Boulders Beach. Consider a day trip to the Winelands and spend some time in the historic towns of Franschhoek and Stellenbosch. If culinary adventures appeal to you, a highlight could be a Cape Malay Cooking Safari. A trip up Table Mountain affords you spectacular views and a trip to Robben Island gives you an insight into South Africa’s history.

No trip to South Africa would be complete without a safari and we’ve chosen the exclusive Ivory Tree Lodge in the Pilanesberg. This malaria-free haven is nestled in the basin of an ancient amphitheatre divided by riverine woodlands and ancient elephant trails. On your daily game drives in an open landrover you will have close encounters with a wide variety of big game, including the Big 5, cheetah and wild dog. Enjoy the lodge facilities during the day, perhaps indulge in a spa treatment, take an hour long quad bike ride into the bush or just relax at the swimming pool.
