 Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival in Bali 

Upon arrival at Denpasar Airport, the Tour Guide will be waiting for you at the main gate and will take you directly to your hotel for check-in. During the transfer the tour guide will give you some brief information about your hotel, its surroundings and about Bali - he will explain your program for the following days and set up its timing to your convenience.

Overnight in Ubud.

Day 2 - Relaxing in Ubud (B)

Meditation and yoga programs will be held in the hotel's yoga space, which overlooks a rice field with unlimited fresh air. Rise early for your class and meditation. After breakfast, the rest of the day is free to explore Ubud, a 25-minute walk or a quick taxi ride away.

Overnight in Ubud.

Day 3 - Full Day Ubud Tour (B)

In the Morning a one-hour yoga session with meditation, after breakfast at hotel you will get a full day of touring, You will visit the Tampak Siring -- the holy fountain of youth, the Elephant Cave and the Tegallalang Rice terraces. Then back to hotel and the rest of your day is free at leisure.

Day 4 - Ubud Healing (B,L)

Generally, healers in Bali are very spiritual people and believe in the power of prayer, meditation and kindness to others. Today visit one of the most notable medicinal healers in Bali, Mr. Tjokorda Gede Rai. You will be with him for some moments and you could consult him about what you like to know, or let me does a check on you to examine your health, and give recommendation for cures. After the session, spend time strolling through the many little shops and galleries. Have lunch at a local restaurant in Ubud, then return to the hotel.

Day 5 - Cycling around Ubud (B)

After breakfast, you will be picked up for a relaxed cycling trip around Ubud villages to see the local Balinese rural life and a village temple. Cycling along small roads, the tour will take about 2 hours and you will see many friendly locals along the way. Arrive back at your hotel around 3 pm and the balance of your day is free. Afternoon at leisure (No ICS guide).

Day 6 - Morning Cooking Class (B,D)

Embark on a culinary adventure unlocking the secrets of authentic Balinese cooking, utilizing traditional ingredients and preparation methods, in a fully equipped community village kitchen. In the morning you will be picked up by the driver, your day starts early at the ubud market, where you can pick from fresh herbs and spices, crisp vegetables and choice cuts of meat, before heading off on guide padi expeditions. Arrive at laplapan village, you will be warmly welcomed and expertly guided by your host, puspa, who will help you to discover how to create your very own delicious authentic balinese dishes. Then back to the hotel. Tonight enjoy a delicious dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 7 - Morning Yoga (B,D)

Transfer to South Bali and Beach Dinner Rise and shine and start the day with a one-hour yoga session with meditation. At noon, prepare for transfer to your beach hotel in south Bali. This evening, enjoy dinner on Jimbaran Beach.

Overnight in Tanjung Benoa.

Day 8 - Depart Benoa (B)

The day is free at your leisure until your transfer to the airport or your extension to other parts of Bali or Indonesia.
