Goway is a family company, and staffed by like-minded, caring people. Our diversity of staff is reflected in our variety of passions; for the local community, people, heritage, culture, animals, and the environment to name a few.
To prove our commitment to our core values, Goway encourages the staff to give their time and resources to a select group of charities and initiatives.
In 2017, 20% of Goway staff volunteered under our "Make a Difference" program, representing over 500 volunteer hours of company time.

CANADIAN BLOOD SERVICES
September 2017 was Goway's second annual blood drive in support of Canadian Blood Services. Staff are encouraged to donate blood and in return are provided with a half day off work plus transport to and from the clinic.
As part of our "Looking out for Rhino" campaign, Goway made a second donation of 50,000 South African Rand to the Wildlands Conservation Trust in May 2015, in addition to 53,000 which had been donated previously.
For Goway's Project Rhino Tracker, the latest tracking technology is fitted to rhino in protected areas, providing better knowledge of rhinos movements and behaviours. It also assists in deploying field rangers at strategic locations to counter any vulnerable situations.
