The Majlis was the first all-grass course in Dubai opened in 1988. The course set-up is always magnificent, with each tee giving you clear guidance of where you want to be. The greens are large and undulating, with the famous finishing par 5 over water to a large egg-timer-shaped green. The design of the clubhouse reflects a Bedouin tented village, a large white structure which is complemented by desert flora and fauna flourished over the past 20 years. The design of the clubhouse, constructed in the style of a large Bedouin tented village is the Majlis and takes its name from the Arabic for "meeting place". Inside the hospitality is both welcoming and comfortable, with a large terraced area overlooking the putting green. The Majlis course is one of the players’ favorite on the European tour and regularly attracts Tiger Woods to the annual event.

Day 3

Morning Round of Golf

Morning Golf at Dubai Creek Golf Club. There is a unique charm to Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club, nestled between the serene settings of the tranquil Creek and just a 'drive' away from the bustling city centre. A round of golf at Dubai's second grass course, and previous host of the Dubai Desert Classic has a unique golfing experience for Dubai. The Creek went through a complete course refurbishment on the front nine holes in 2004/5 and now re-opened in 2006 it has transformed the Creek into a challenging par-71 course.

The well-groomed fairways lined with date palms and coconut trees, attractive water hazards and shrubbery lends a tropical air to the Club. The iconic clubhouse, designed to mirror the sails of the traditional Arab dhow - has been one of the most photographed landmarks since it opened in 1993, capturing the essence of Dubai's seafaring traditions and presenting the perfect fusion of heritage with modernity and style. It always provides a warm welcome and an opportunity to reflect on your round of golf overlooking the course and the wonderful marina.

After our game, we join our group for a delicious lunch at the golf club. Our afternoon is free to explore Dubai on our own.

Evening Desert Safari & Dinner. Leaving behind the bustle of the city in the afternoon, your safari guides will take you, by four-wheel-drive vehicles, for a thrilling journey over rolling dunes deep into the heart of the desert. The flickering lights of your camp beckon, where a traditional Arabian welcome awaits you. Relax on comfortable low cushions in Bedu tents, explore a traditional spice souk, have your hands painted with intricate designs, experience a short camel ride, or just enjoy the aromatic shisha (hubbly bubbly). A sumptuous feast of grilled meats, fresh salads and delectable Arab sweets is served and under a starlit sky, you will be entertained by the bewitching belly dancer as she sways to the haunting strains of Arabian music. BLD

Day 5

Morning Round of Golf

Morning Golf at Arabian Ranches Golf Course. Opened in February 2004 the design is modeled on a true desert-style course similar to found in Palm Springs, California and Scottsdale. The course goes out in two rings of 9 holes from the clubhouse and has some immaculate fairways and greens flanked by desert and natural terrain of indigenous shrubs and bushes. The course has some long carries from the back tee's, and a test of golf that to break handicap is always a wonderful feeling. If achieved then you will be well-deserving of a cool beer on the 19th. The clubhouse is a magnificent building overlooking the 9th & 18th holes. Constructed in a Spanish theme it contains a fantastic bar and restaurant grill, and 11 guest rooms providing accommodation on-site. After enjoying lunch at a local restaurant, why not consider one of our suggested optional activities for your free afternoon:
