Goway policy updates enhance protection and flexibility for new March bookings.

At Goway Travel, we know the future sometimes feels uncertain. World events can change the landscape of travel overnight, and the needs of our globetrotters can change with it. Adaptability is key when you offer over 100 destinations spread across every continent. Knowing this, Goway is pleased to offer our travelers options when things don’t quite go to plan. These include low deposits, generous cancellation windows, and industry leading travel insurance.
In addition to our already flexible booking policy, found here, Goway is implementing three additional protections for new bookings deposited between March 3 and 31, 2020.
Transferrable Deposits
Deposits made to Goway Travel during the eligible period are still non-refundable, but may be transferred to another Goway destination or travel date.
Credit for Uninsured Cancellation
In the event of cancellation for any uninsured reason, Goway will hold 25% of the applicable cancellation fees as a credit toward your future travels with us, provided the cancellation is made at least 5 days prior to departure. Your credit is valid for a full year from the date of issue for travel to the same destination area. For instance, you can apply your credit for a cancelled China trip to any Goway Asia trip up to a year after the credit is issued. Your Goway destination specialist can discuss your needs and help you build an alternative itinerary, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and unforgettable trip.
Optional Insurance Covering 75% of Cancellation
What about the remaining 75%? Goway offers (and highly recommends) an insurance policy covering 75% of your cancellation fees, regardless of your reason for cancellation (except in New York state), provided you cancel at least two days before your scheduled departure.
These additional policies apply only for bookings deposited during the March 3 to 31, 2020 period, but remain valid if the cancellationis made after March 31, 2020.
