PACKAGE EXCLUSIONS:
- Travel to and from Hawaii (Our in-house travel office is happy to help with flights

- The non-Accommodation Package is available for US$395.
- Same inclusions as the full package except for no accommodation or transfers
ENTRY FEE
A team entry fee of US$150 will be required to secure places in the Tournament.
PLEASE NOTE:
PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE in the event of currency fluctuations, changes to local tax rates in Hawaii and exceptional events beyond the control of the organisers and their suppliers.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
Deposits required to secure your required accommodation will be:
- An initial deposit of US$100 per person to be paid against invoice.
- A second deposit of US$200 per person to be paid by 1 May, 2014.
- Full payment of the outstanding balance due no later than September 1, 2014.
