Lions Club preferredExplore the Western Mediterranean on this 7 day cruise, plus we will get you to Milan in time for the 102nd Lions Clubs International Convention – what could be better?

Embark on an unforgettable week aboard one of the world's greatest ships sailing this beautiful sea to some of the world's great cities. Hear echoes of ancient gladiators in the Roman Colosseum, visit the cathedrals and castles of Naples, wander the ancient cobblestone streets of Palma de Majorca and gaze up at the awe-inspiring spires of Gaudi's Sagrada Familia in Barcelona.

The Norwegian Epic holds 4,100 guests and was built in 2010, it was refurbished in 2015 and more than 20 dining options!

Jun 26

Embark in Civitavecchia

The ship is due to depart at 7pm, embarkation will begin earlier in the afternoon. We would recommend, arriving in Rome earlier and not flying in the day of departure, the city has so much to see and do.

Jun 27

Livorno (Florence/Pisa)

How lucky to visit the Tuscan region, Florence & Pisa, resplendent in art and history. What's even more fortunate is that all the main attractions in Florence are centrally located for the perfect walking tour. See Santa Croce, Piazza del Duomo and Michelangelo's David.

Jun 28

Cannes

Drive up Suquet Hill for a view of the city, sea and Lerins Island - fabulous dahling! How many rich and famous can you spot, walk the palm-lined promenade de la Croisette and count. The French Riviera at its best...the International Film Festival calls this home

Jun 29

Palma, Majorca

On the one hand, this city, founded by the Romans some 2,100 years ago, is replete with (literally) wall-to-wall history and architectural splendour. You can journey back in time and wander the mazes of alleyways and cobblestone paths that surround the Gothic cathedral. On the other hand, Palma is bustling with life, showcasing the island's best restaurants, shops, nightlife and a vibrant art scene.

Jun 30

Barcelona

The capital of Catalonia, and one of its provinces, Barcelona, is a place of palpable history, where you can lose yourself strolling down the medieval streets of the Barri Gotic. It's a city designed to delight the senses: visit other-worldly Modernista churches like Gaudi's La Sagrada Familia, or treat yourself at a street side cafe to Patatas Bravas or a Passion Fruit Mojito

Jul 1

At Sea

A Day at sea to relax and enjoy all that the Epic has to offer as you sail around the Mediterranean.

Jul 2

Naples

Cruise to Naples, located on Italy's stunning Amalfi coast, a city rich in history. A tour around Naples' grand piazzas, cathedrals and castles in the old centre will take you back centuries. Pompeii is not too far either, a dashing city which boasts diverse cultural offerings and charming streets

Jul 3

Rome (Civitavecchia) to Montecatini Terme

This morning, after disembarking in Civitavecchia, we join our fellow Lions members and board our coach for the journey from Rome to Montecatini Terme. On our way, we will make a stop in Pisa where we will be able to enjoy a 2 hour guided tour of the city.
Pisa is famous for its Leaning Tower, a sight to behold. In the Piazza dei Miracoli (Square of Miracles) is also Pisa Cathedral one of the most ornate and impressive cathedrals in the country. One more place to check out is the attractive Piazza del Cavalieri (Knights Square) which was the political centre of the city in medieval times. After our tour, we continue on to Montecatini Terme which is perhaps the largest and most famous of the spa towns in Tuscany and our overnight location. After checking in to our hotel, we will enjoy a 3 course dinner at the hotel tonight.
