Please Note: When you have made your decision to travel, don't delay in booking - the particular trip you want could fill up and you may be disappointed.
Deposit Payment: A deposit of $300 per person is due with the reservation request plus the cost of insurance if purchased. Sorry, but this deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Additional Deposit: Cruise Tours require an additional depoist of $250 per person to the above amount.
There will be certain tours and arrangements which will require a higher deposit. The exact amount will be advised at the time of booking.
LAND TOURS (NO CRUISE)
Balance of Payment Land Tours: The balance is due 75 days prior to departure.

Important: Airline cancellation penalties may apply in addition to cancellation fees charged by Goway.
There will be no refund for unused land arrangements after departure from North America. All cancellations required in writing.
Insurance: All passengers are STRONGLY URGED to take out adequate insurance coverage to protect themselves against cancellation due to illness prior to or during travel. In the event of a traveller becoming ill during a tour, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveller’s responsibility and they shall not be entitled to any refund, either total or partial, of passage money paid. Check with your travel agent as to what conditions and charges apply if you cancel your flight and/or land reservations.
Prices: Because of the volatility of exchange rates for many of the destinations Goway offers, we recommend you confirm our price at time of booking. All prices are subject to change or surcharge. Once we have received your deposit you would be given the opportunity to pay in full to avoid a price increase (should it occur) or cancel your booking without penalty.
Baggage: Please note due to space restrictions, only on suitcase per person is allowed on tours. If you have more than this carriage is subject to space availability.
Tips & gratuities: Are not included in the land tours, as a reference please see the following.
These are the usual amounts that are recommended, but only if the group wish to and the services have been provided in a pleasant and well-meaning way are below, but this is a guideline, it is not compulsory to give tips :
Touring coach driver – Euros 2.00 per person per day
Tour manager – Euros 2.00 per person per
Local coach transfer or half day – Euros 10.00 per service
Local coach full day – Euros 15.00 per service
Local assistant or guide transfer or half day – Euros 10.00 per service
Local guide full day – Euros 15.00 per service
It is not necessary to tip in restaurants used for groups.
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever, resulting from events beyond our or a supplier’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labour disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, floods or acts or restraints imposed by government authorities.
Travel Documents: Travel documents and tickets, joining and departure details, supplier addresses and phone contacts will be sent upon receipt of final payment.
Visas: At the time this page was last updated: The following applies to American and Canadian passport holders only:
Schengen Area: At this time US & Canadian citizens do not need a visa for travel to countries within the Schengen area. However, visa-free travel only applies to stays of up to 90 days in any 180-day period. Stays are cumulative and include visits to any Schengen area country.
If you plan to stay in the Schengen area for a longer period of time, you will need a visa. You must contact the high commission or embassy of the country or countries you are travelling to and obtain the appropriate visa(s) prior to travel.
Schengen Countries: Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
US Passport Holders: Your passport must have at least six months validity remaining beyond your planned date of departure from the Schengen area.
Canadian Passport Holder: Your passport must be valid for at least 3 months beyond the date you expect to leave the Schengen area.
All other destinations & Passport holders: Please check with your agent at time of booking if visas are required for any other countries you may be visiting or if any of the above has changed. If you are not travelling on an American or Canadian passport, it is imperative that you also check visa requirements for all of the destinations you will be travelling to or transiting through.
Air Notes: Please note that all airline taxes and fuel surcharges are not included in our airfare quotes. At the time of your booking we will advise you of the approximate costs of these charges, which are subject to change prior to final payment. We will reconfirm your final taxes and fuel surcharges when your balance of payment is due.
Your confirmed flight itinerary will be provided at the time of booking or as soon as they are available from the airlines; however, all flight times are subject to any airline schedule changes prior to departure.
Operator's Responsibility: Goway Travel Ltd. and/or its agents, act only as agents for the client in all matters pertaining to travel. They assume no responsibility nor liability in connection with the service of any train, vessel, carriage, aircraft, motor or other conveyances which may be used, either wholly or in part, in the performance of its duty to the passenger; neither will it be responsible for any act, error, or omission, or any injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle or through the neglect or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger; or for any hotel proprietor, or hotel service, or for any other person engaged in carrying out the purpose for which tickets or coupons are issued. In the event that it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort or well-being of the passengers, or for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty to the operators. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the passengers, conversely refund will be made to the passengers if any saving is effected thereby. The Airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event, during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyance. The passage contract in use by the Airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the Airlines and the purchaser of these tours and/or passenger. The right is reserved to withdraw any or all tours should conditions warrant, also to decline to accept or retain any passengers as members of the tours. Goway Travel Ltd. or agent can assume no responsibility for lost tickets or coupons.
