LORI MEZZOMO

AUSTRALIA & SOUTH PACIFIC

DESTINATION SPECIALIST

I was born and raised in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia to a young immigrant family. We travelled back and forth to Italy often to visit family. I caught the travel bug at that time, but felt the need to explore new and different places. After my first trip to Sydney, Australia in my early 20s, I was hooked! Involved in the industry and focusing on the South Pacific region since the mid 1980s, I know these destinations very well. I've been blessed with the opportunity to visit all these countries repeatedly, always with the goal to discover something new each time and doing just that! Whether you're a youthful adventure seeker or a 5-star luxury client looking to indulge, I can help you put together a customized trip that will suit you to a T and leave you with a lifetime of beautiful memories.

My favourite places

  • Sydney

    Downunder & South Pacific

The capital of New South Wales and the largest city in Australia. This vibrant harbour city has a lot to offer any traveller from backpacker through to 5-star luxury client. This city has it all from beautiful beaches and lively cultural scene to fascinating convict history. Everyone loves Sydney!

  • Napier

    Downunder & South Pacific

Napier is a fantastic city for exploring. Take your own guided tour of the Art Deco buildings or ride your bike down Marine Parade—Napier is not short on things to do. Napier is also home to one of the best rivers for whitewater rafting. It's where I had my first trip on the Mohaka River.

  • Moorea

    Downunder & South Pacific

Moorea’s nickname is the “Magical Island,” and it’s easy to see why. Bright blue lagoons, dramatic peaks and lush valleys, those swaying palm trees—this is my South Pacific paradise! Bora Bora is the icon but Moorea has more landmass, so it offers that many more activities for those adventure seekers.

  • Puno

    Central & South America

The main draws of this Peruvian city on Lake Titicaca are the floating islands of the Uros people. They offer a one-of-a-kind experience that you will only find in Peru. The islands, including the houses and boats, are made entirely of tightly woven totora reeds. These people have been living this way for centuries!

Did you know?

  • Take advantage of spring and fall in the South Pacific for good weather and fewer tourists than in summer.
  • Get over jetlag by staying awake all day on arrival in destination and drink lots of water on your flight.
  • It's hard to board the wrong bus in Rarotonga. Only two routes exist called "Clockwise" or "Anti-Clockwise."
  • Australia is the 6th largest country in the world, occupying 7,692,024 sq-km, bigger than the European Union.
