Best Time to Visit Latvia
Any time between April and September is a good time weather-wise although from October to March when accommodation in Latvia is less expensive. May is when nature arrives with its blossoms. In summer, the resort of Jurmala is extremely popular. In the country as a whole, it never gets terribly hot. Nights can be cool. It is also the time when important festivals and concerts take place. The fall is long and beautiful. The leaves remain in colour until the end of October and September is considered an Indian summertime. Sigulda is a must-see destination in the fall, as it borders the Gauja National Park which is stunning in its fall colours. The first snowfalls can come as early as mid-November.
