You’ll have a chance to meet with Chief Lobulo and learn about the local Masai women’s community initiatives. You’ll also visit a local school before continuing to Lemala Mpingo Ridge and Tarangire National Park, where you’ll head on a game drive to try to see buffalo, elephants, lions, warthogs, and exotic animals like elands and oryx. You’ll spend another full day in Tarangire on a game drive to see some of the animals you missed on your first afternoon.

From Tarangire, head to Karatu and meet with the local women’s Sunday group, which provides biodegradable lunchboxes to Lemala camps in the area. Continue to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where your afternoon is at leisure to enjoy the landscape and your safari lodge. The next day, head on a tour of the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the most famous conservation areas in the entire world and a biodiverse area packed to the brim with animals. You’ll have a good chance to spot the Big Five during your game drive here.

The final stop on your women’s safari through Tanzania is Serengeti National Park, the most famous game park in the world. You’ll have two full days of game drives through the reaches of this fantastic landscape, where migrating wildebeest and zebra cross the ever-changing plains and lions, elephants, and rhinos are never too far away.

After these full days of wildlife viewing, you’ll head back to Arusha to end your trip and head back home.
