It’s a magical backdrop for this special UNESCO World Heritage designated city, which contains 17 listed sites, plus a multitude of other important temples and shrines. You could easily spend weeks exploring them all, but an afternoon group tour of the highlights will get you off to a good start. This includes Heian Shrine, Sanjusangendo Temple and Kiyomizudera. Take the afternoon at your own pace to explore the rest of the city independently.

Day 1

Osaka Itami Airport to Kyoto Hotel by Airport Bus with Meet and Greet

Kyoto Tower Hotel

Kyoto Tower Hotel is located just in front of JR Kyoto Station and convenient for sightseeing and business. 161 rooms all equipped with bath, shower, air-conditioner(cencetral air conditioning) and TV. Negative ion water of good quality, which is good for your beauty and health, is supplied and used in our hotel. For each guest, one free-ticket for observation deck in Kyoto Tower. Check-in:3pm~,Check-out:~11am.

・Breakfast is not buffest style, we will provide you a meal box that you can eat in your room.
・We remove amenities from a room, please pick it up from amenity bar by yourself.

Day 2

Afternoon Half Day Kyoto Tour

Set out this afternoon to visit three elegant temples and shrines, starting with the vermilion-hued Heian Shrine, originally constructed in 1895 to commemorate the city's 1100th anniversary. Continue on to Sanjusangendo Temple, home to the world's longest wooden structure which houses over a thousand life-sized statues of Buddhist deities. Finally, proceed to the hilltop temple Kiyomizudera and admire the views of Kyoto from its wooden veranda. You might also want to catch a few drops of the Otowa waterfall which flows underneath the main hall, known to grant wishes to those who drink it. The tour ends in central Kyoto between 5:30-6:30pm.
