You will visit Lisu Village early in the morning, then towards Soppong visit Lode Cave. The area boasts limestone caves, said to be some of the largest in South East Asia. Visit the chambers, following a series of walkways and crossing small creeks by bamboo raft, which takes you floating through the cavern in the darkness, listening to and smelling the bats overhead. After the visit and lunch at a local restaurant, Then, continue by car to The Tha Pai World War II Memorial Bridge, or Saphan Prawatsart Pai in Thai language, this antiquated-looking steel bridge is indeed a compulsory stop for tourists for and is also an historical venue after all, though it is no longer the original one with a wooden structure that preceded the one you see now.
