MODERATE | PRIVATE-GUIDED: Begin your Himalayan trekking adventure from Pokhara and explore local villages accessible only on foot while taking in epic Himalayan views.
This 5 day round trek departs from Pokhara, one of the most beautiful locations in Asia, and – some have argued – the world. Exploring the Annapurna range, the route is not particularly difficult and is designed to be accessible to most moderately fit travellers.
Staying at a variety of local guest and teahouses, the trip comprises of 4-6 hours of trekking each day, allowing plenty of time to explore the sights of this spectacular part of the world. The route takes you to many villages and picturesque locations accessible only on foot. Experienced Sherpas will accompany you, acting as guides and assisting with luggage if required.

Pokhara To Nayapul to Ghandrung
Drive from Pokhara to Nayapul with your trek guide (approx. 1-hr. drive). Start trekking along the banks of Modi River towards Ghandrung. The compact village of Birethanti is reached after walking for about 45 minutes. Cross the suspension bridge at Birethanti and follow the Modi River from the left bank. Lunch will be taken en-route. After lunch, the trail ascends upto Ghandrung for overnight lodge. Ghandrung is one of the biggest Gurung settlements in western Nepal. From here, you can see the good view of Gangapurna, Machhapuchare (Fishtail), and Mount Annapurna south and other snowy Mountains. If time permits, you have a chance to visit ACAP (Annapurna Conservation Area Project) head office, local museum and village.

Ghandrung to Chomrong
Trek to the ridge top at Kumrung village and then descend gradually to the Kimrung River. Lunch will be taken en-route. A slow and gradual ascend for 3-4 hours will take you to Chomrong.

Chomrong to Jhinu Danada to Landrung
After breakfast, the trail descend steeply down to Jhinu Danda for about 20 minutes and further gradually down to he New bridge over the Modi River and start ascending to the village of Landrung.

Landrung to Dhampus
Today it is an easy walk from Landrung to Tolka where you will have lunch and then a short steep ascent to reach the Bhichok village. From here it is an easy gradual descend to the beautiful village of Dhampus.

Dhampus to Pokhara
Wake up this morning for an early morning sunrise view from Dhampus and then descend steeply down to Suikhet (Phedi), from where you will drive back to Pokhara (approx. 30 minutes).
