MODERATE | TAILOR-MADE: Discover the best of Australia’s Red Centre. See the sun set and rise over Ayers Rock, visit the 36 rock domes of the Olgas, and travel to spectacular Kings Canyon then visit Alice Springs.
Experience the astonishing sights and intriguing folklore of the Red Centre on this 4 day outback adventure.
The world’s largest monolith, iconic Uluru (Ayers Rock) is a sacred place to the local Aboriginal people. Visit the Cultural Centre before your guided Mala Walk. See traditional art sites and enjoy a glass of wine as you admire the changing sunset colours of the rock. Stop in at Kata Tjuta (the Olgas), another spectacular and sacred landmark composed of 36 towering rock domes, which some scientists believe are the eroded remains of what was once an even larger monolith than Uluru.
Kings Canyon is home to picturesque walks and breathtaking 100m cliffs. Choose a guided walk to suit your fitness level, either along the rim or along Kings Creek. Transfer to Alice Springs via a stop at Kings Creek Station, where you’ll enjoy a glimpse of cattle rearing in the outback.
