- Duration
- 4 Days
- Prices From:

Drive north from Auckland to beautiful Bay of Islands. Enjoy some leisure time and get to know the area before visiting the superb beaches of Cape Reinga, New Zealand’s northernmost point.
This short, 4 day round trip from Auckland takes you to some of New Zealand’s less touristed, yet most historically significant sites.
Visit Waitangi treaty house, where the Treaty of Waitangi was signed in 1840, defining the terms of British rule/protection over New Zealand and the Maori – terms that are still challenged, reinterpreted and debated today. Visit historic Russell, before going on to Cape Reinga to see the spectacular giant sand dunes of Te Paki, Ninety Mile Beach, and Puketi Forest, home to enormous Kauri trees.
