Your informative and knowledgeable guide will collect you from your Sydney hotel to start your small group deluxe tour into the heart of the unique Blue Mountains World Heritage Region. The first stop on the tour is at Featherdale Wildlife Park where you arrive early for an exclusive breakfast with Koalas and native Australian animals. Enjoy a delicious continental breakfast where the animal handler allows guests to get up close and personal with a Koala and other animals...a great experience. Departing from Featherdale, commence the drive to the Blue Mountains. Travel through picturesque villages, see spectacular views and waterfalls. Enjoy some short walks to lookout points and hear about the unique Australian forest species.
Arrive at Evans Lookout where you will be issued your lunch pack, map and instructions on the hiking track. Hike from Evans Lookout to Govett's Leap all the while looking out across Australia's Grand Canyon, The Grose Valley. The magnificent waterfalls drop a whopping 180m to the base of the cliff. The last stop is the delightful Mt Tomah Botanic Gardens to enjoy the sweeping views and enjoy a glass of sparkling wine or orange juice before travelling back to your hotel.
