This full day tour is designed to highlight the diversity of Broken Hill and the Silverton area. Commencing with pick up from the airport or your accommodation start by viewing some of Broken Hill's heritage listed architecture, and exploring the diversity of parks, gardens, mines and homes in this outback oasis. Visit famous art galleries, the Big Picture and the Line of Lode, before heading to Silverton, almost a ghost town, and the setting for movies such as Mad Max 2 and A Town Like Alice.
Enjoy a cold drink at the famous Silverton Hotel, marvel at the vast expanse of Mundi Mundi Plains, meet some of the artists at their quirky galleries and much more. The last stop for the day is at the spectacular Sculpture Symposium on the edge of Broken Hill for a final chance to take in the breathtaking landscape. This is one of Australia's most renowned sculpture collections and an experience not to be missed.
