Australia’s east coast is the ultimate beach lover’s paradise. Designed for ages 18 to 39, this 14 day journey takes you from Sydney to Cairns for the ultimate sand and surf adventure.

Depart from Sydney, enjoying stops at New South Wales’ best beaches on your way to Byron Bay, the eastern tip of Australia. Enjoy Brisbane from the water on a river cruise, then continue to the beach resort town of Noosa. You’ll have the option to stop in at Australia Zoo, made famous by the late Crocodile Hunter, Steve Irwin.

The traditional caretakers of Fraser Island, the Butchulla, called it K’gari, meaning paradise. And that it is. Enjoy a guided tour to explore the coloured sands and shipwrecks of this wildlife and history-rich island. Further north, the idyllic Whitsunday Islands are your gateway to the Great Barrier Reef, and home to breathtaking Whitehaven Beach.

Airlie Beach and tropical Cairns are ideal hubs for snorkeling, diving, or just exploring the Reef from the comfort of a semi-submersible craft. Cairns also puts you in easy reach of Kuranda, a picturesque town in the tropical Atherton Tableland. Today you'll discover Noosa and the breathtaking Glasshouse Mountains, then board the ferry bound for Fraser Island. UNESCO World Heritage listed and the world's largest sand island, this place is pretty special.

Please pack a small overnight bag to take to Fraser Island with you as luggage space is limited. Pack items like swimmers, beach towel, chargers, hat, sunscreen, camera, jacket, toiletries, sandals/flip flops and casual clothes for 2 days.

Fraser Island to Myella Farm

Along the way today, you'll stop off at the iconic Bundaberg rum distillery for a tour and tasting sesh in the heart of sugar cane country. This afternoon enjoy an authentic outback experience at a 2,500-acre cattle station. Embrace your inner jackaroo and prepare yourself for an adventure-packed afternoon of optional horse riding, motor biking and cow milking. Or go walkabout on a real Aussie farm to find that right spot for the perfect outback sunset. Enjoy a hearty home cooked farm style dinner before you take to whip cracking and lassoing.

Myella Farm to The Whitsundays (Sailing)

Please note: We ask that you have packed a small overnight bag to take onboard with you as space on the overnight sailing is limited. Pack items like swimmers, beach towel, chargers, hat, sunscreen, camera, jacket, toiletries, sandals/flip flops and casual clothes for two days.

Feeling like you need more air in your hair? Leave the bus and board your own private yacht for your overnight (2 day, one night) sailing trip in the beautiful Whitsunday Islands. Normally a toy for the rich and famous, today it's all yours to learn the ropes while sailing in paradise. Cue feasts, swim stops and plenty of snorkelling.

Airlie Beach

Today, you'll set sail for sandy beaches, snorkel over coral reefs and soak up the sun. Keep those sunglasses on as the blinding white sands of Whitehaven stretch before you like a 7km sea of diamonds, and swim with the resident reef fish at a nearby snorkel location. Back on board, practice your seafaring skills by helping to set the sails or steer at the helm. Make the most of this paradise before you head back to shore tonight.
