Duration
11 Days
Prices From:
US$ 2,172

Explore the Red Centre and the Top End of Australia. From wetlands in the north to the dry desert of Uluru, the colour red will be indelibly placed into your memories of Australia’s centre.

The Northern Territory is the ultimate outback frontier. Get out there and experience the Never Never on this 10 day adventure, designed specifically for ages 18 to 39.

Depart from Alice Springs, the heart of Australia’s Red Centre. Go in search of rock wallabies and sleep under the stars at Kings Canyon, home to some of the outback’s most spectacular trails and views. See iconic Uluru and nearby Kata Tjuta (the Olgas) come alive at sunrise, with spectacular colours. You’ll also visit the Cultural Centre to learn about the mythology surrounding these sacred sites.

Stay overnight at the historic town of Tennant Creek, stopping in to admire the Devils Marbles along the way. During the (saltwater crocodile-free) dry season, you can canoe along spectacular Katherine Gorge, admiring Eden Falls. Continue on to Darwin, your ideal base for an Aboriginal experience and wildlife cruise along the Mary River. Finally, spend a day at Kakadu National Park, home to Aboriginal artwork and over 550 species of animals.
