Begin in Hobart spending nine days exploring Tasmania. Visit Strahan, cruise the Gordon River, see the Cradle Mountains and Launceston before learning the history of the township of Ross.

Launceston is the largest city in Northern Tasmania and is central to many key attractions including Cataract Gorge. Visit Boag’s brewery or take a Ghost Tour of this historic town. Nearby FreycinetNational Park is home to rugged, yet beautiful coastline, where you’ll enjoy a guided walk with a Park Ranger and see sights such as WineglassBay, voted one of the top 10 beaches in the world.

Cosmopolitan Hobart is the rising cultural centre of the south, the Museum of Old and New Art being its latest big ticket attraction. Those craving the outdoors might enjoy nearby Tahune Airwalk. Strahan is the largest city on the wild WestCoast, a World Heritage Wilderness area. You’ll take a cruise along the GordonRiver and visit Sarah Island, Tasmania’s most infamous penal colony during the convict era.

After breakfast, board the luxurious Spirit of the Wild for a cruise along the secluded wilderness highway, the Gordon River. Travel to Stanley, set in the shadow of The Nut. Enjoy a day of exciting inclusions.

Enjoy a visit to Josef Chromy, a northern winery that prides itself on celebrating local grapes. Here you'll be treated to a specially prepared lunch and have the chance to sample some of the winery's finest drops.

Visit Entally House, an enchanting historic homestead surrounded by splendid gardens. The house contains a magnificent collection of regency furniture and fine silver and its outbuildings include a chapel, coach house, stables and Australia's oldest conservatory.
