You will be picked up from your Panama City hotel for your visit to the famous Miraflores Locks. The Miraflores Locks at the Panama Canal, where large ships can be seen transiting the canal also houses a small museum with a short film explain the construction of the canal.
Enjoy a presentation by the Panama Canal Authority on the history of the Panama Canal and marvel at the workings of this feat of human engineering. Then you will enjoy a sightseeing in the Calzada de Amador, the causeway that 'herds' vessels into the canal and offers great views of the city.
