As we are experts in customizing itineraries to suit your personal interests, time available and budget, we at Goway are at your service!

Copenhagen, Denmark’s vibrant and lively capital is a fairly compact city and has a strong character reflected in its architecture and criss-crossing canals and harbour. Check into your hotel on arrival for a 4 night stay.

Your next morning brings a tour of the city including the impressive Amalienborg Palace, built in the 1700’s, and home of the Royal Family. Something to watch is the Changing of the Guard which marches from Rosenborg Castle to Amalienborg Castle every day. Also see the iconic Little Mermaid, a bronze and granite statue displayed in the middle of the harbour and the modern Royal Danish Opera House. This is followed by a canal cruise which criss-crosses through a network of canals and includes the colourful neighbourhoods of Christianshavn and Fredericksholm.

The following day is a visit to the Carlsberg Visitors Centre. Here you will learn how this world-famous beer is made through unique displays and interactive exhibits plus see the sculpture garden and award-wining stables. The remainder of the day is free to explore the city on your own.

Next is a tour to the city of Malmo in Sweden. You will cross the amazing Oresund Bridge which connects Denmark and Sweden. On arrival in Malmo, your guide will brief you on what to see and do and then you are free to explore the city. Perhaps start in the Stora Torget or the Lilla Torget, the principal squares in the centre of the city with their shops and restaurants. Also consider a visit to the Museum of Contemporary and Modern Art. Later, you will join a boat tour through the canals in the Rundan area of Malmo. Return afterwards to Copenhagen.
