Join a small group tour to discover Spain's most popular dishes! Start by visiting the most famous market in Barcelona, La Boqueria. Your professional guide will explain the history of the market. Next, have the opportunity to taste the most popular dishes in Spain such as: Potatoes Bravas with three sauces, assorted Iberian cold cuts, andalusian fish, traditional garlic prawns, croquettes, Manchego cheese, Cantabrian anchovies, mussels with salsa, octopus feira. In the cooking workshop, led by a professional chef, you will learn how to prepare the following dishes: potato omelette, tomato bread, seafood Paella, catalan cream with Jijona turron and red fruits (subject to change based on season).

Wine, Cava and Tapas Vineyards Experience - Small Group

Wine and gastronomy are part of Catalonia's popular wisdom. On this small-group tour, discover the Penedes region. Influenced of the sun and the Mediterranean Sea make the Penedes a privileged territory for winemaking. Travel by luxury private buses and visit 2 hand-picked selected wineries. First stop will be a family-run boutique winery which has been cultivating vines for more than two thousand years. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by an expert winemaker who will tell you about the history of this millenary winery and guide you into the subterranean wine cellar. Learn about fascinating facts including grape varieties, vine growing, wine making and the optimal conditions for its storage. Enjoy wine tastings, accompanied by an assortment of gourmet tapas. Next, visit the traditional manor house, including a visit through its vineyards on board of a convertible 4x4 car (approx. 40 min.) accompanied by your guide and a viticulturist. A unique and exclusive way to visit a stunning rural landscape with endless vineyards. Along the way, admire a Romanesque church settle among the vineyards and belonging to the manor. The second cellar visit will specialize in cava, a naturally sparkling wine rooted in Catalonia. An exclusive opportunity to enter the Capella, the heart of the cellar, being this the oldest part of the winery, an enchanting candle-lit ancient room.
