FIRST-CLASS | TAILOR-MADE: Discover the sights, smells and tastes of exciting and historic Lisbon. Enjoy a small group walking excursion to one of Lisbon's oldest districts that includes tastings along the way, then take a cooking class to test your skills in the kitchen with a professional chef.

Spend 4 days in Lisbon, exploring the culinary traditions of this historic port city in between seeing its most famous sights.

Begin with a small group tour through the Mouraria district, a less touristy district of Lisbon that has long been a foodie favourite. It comes as no surprise that there are many family run eateries and traditional restaurants here. In addition to some tasty discoveries, you'll also see some key historical sights to put your visit in context, with time on your own later in the day to explore the city and perhaps hit the better known attractions.

The follwoing day, it's time to try your own hand at Portuguese cooking. A small group cooking class invites you to put what you've learned into practice, preparing a traditional fish dish, meat dish, and dessert - and of course, sitting down to enjoy your meal with perfectly matched Portuguese wines. Again, this is only a half day experience, so you'll have time to explore the better known neighbourhoods like Belem and Alfama as well.
