MODERATE | TAILOR-MADE: Spend time discovering the charms of this sophisticated Greek island with its old town and beautiful but deserted beaches with opportunities to swim, snorkel and scuba dive. The itinerary includes a walking tour, a bus tour and a cruise.
This is a great idea for experiencing Mykonos Stopover where you can choose your preferred level of accommodation. It can, of course, be modified and/or extended. As we are experts in customizing itineraries to suit your personal interests and budget, we at Goway are at your service!
Check into your hotel for overnight and then, the next morning, commence your exploration of the island. Start with a walking tour of the old town with its small narrow streets after which travel by bus to the island’s beaches and inland areas. Stop at Ano Mera, a small village where you can take a stroll and discover its tavernas and pastry shops. Then it’s on to the Monastery of Paleokastro. Later continue to Kalafatis Beach for a snack or coffee after which return to Mykonos town.
The following day brings a boat cruise on a Caique, a vessel of Turkish origin. Sail to the uninhabited island of Dragonissi, only accessible by boat. It is known for its beautiful coastline and caves. Here you can go diving or just relax. Continue on to the deserted Frangias Beach for a swim or to snorkel or simply take in the scenery after which have lunch. The last stop is at Super Paradise Beach with its crystal clear water and pristine beach for another opportunity to swim before returning to Mykonos town.

Why not STAY LONGER and take a day trip to Delos, the mythological birth place of Apollo. It is one of Greece’s most important archaeological sites.

City and Island Tour
Discover the highlights of Mykonos on a comfortable city walk to the unique sites like Little Venice and the windmill area, Paraportiani church and the harbor front.
Afterward, the bus tour begins that takes you all over the island to the beautiful bays and beaches like Agios Ioannis, Plati Yalos, San Stefanos and Kalafatis as well as to the traditional village of Ano Mera with its picturesque village square and 16th-century monastery. Packed with a lot of information about culture, history, and places to go!

South Coast Cruise
Starting at 10:00AM from Ornos Bay, board a traditional boat, and cruise all along the south coast of Mykonos where the best beaches are. If possible, we will cross over to the uninhabited Dragonissi island which has interesting caves. Stop for swimming and snorkeling in the crystal clear waters of the protected bay of Frangias where you have an aperitif picnic on the beach including wine, Ouzo and water, bread and olives. Your next stop is at Kalafatis beach where you have lunch in a beautiful seaside taverna. Lunch includes Greek Salad, Tzatziki, oven roast chicken with potatoes, 1/4 litre of wine and water. After lunch enjoy some time at leisure to relax or go for a swim. Continue your cruise and stop at the famous and lively Paradise Beach where you have another swim stop. Stop at Plati Yalos for the guests staying in the nearby hotels and afterwards the tour finishes at Ornos Beach at 6:00PM.
