Experience the famous Pulpit Rock from both down below - the fjord and up above - on the rock itself! You begin with a refreshing fjord cruise on the Lysefjord. AS you look around in amazement at one of Norways most picturesque fjords, don't forget to look up to the majestic Pulpit Rock. Experience the "mysterious" Vagabond's Cave, idyllic islands and magnificent scenery.
On the return from the Lysefjord cruise, the boat stops at Oanes and drops off the guests who want to hike to the Pulpit Rock. From Oanes, the guests will be transported by bus to Preikestolhytta, where the hike starts. It takes approximately 2 hours to walk one way. On the top of the Pulpit Rock, you will feel the butterflies in the stomach while looking at the view of the fjord well below you.
After the view has been burnt into your memory, head back down and catch a bus to Tau, where you take the ferry back to Stavanger. There is no guide for the hike.
