Begin your tour of the Viking Capitals in Stockholm where you will spend your first 2 nights. The city is spread over 14 islands connected by 50 bridges on the south east coast of Sweden. It combines classical and modern architecture reflected in many of its interesting buildings and is a city rich in culture and history. Here you will have a morning sightseeing tour which will include Gamla Stan, the old town, dating back to the 13th Century with its cobble stone streets, alleyways, quaint shops and palaces and home to several museums. Also drive by the City Hall, venue for the Nobel Prize presentations and Fjallgatan, perched on top of a hill where you have amazing panoramic views of Stockholm.

Travel overland the next day to Copenhagen via one of the longest bridges in the world, the Oresund Bridge connecting Malmo, Sweden with Copenhagen, Denmark’s vibrant and lively capital, Spend 2 nights here. Another morning tour will introduce you to Copenhagen including the Stroget, one of Europe’s longest pedestrian streets with its many shops, stores, restaurants and cafes, Tivoli Gardens, a very popular amusement park with its many attractions for all ages, the Carlsberg Glyptotek with its museums of art, the National Museum, the old Stock Exchange and the Nyhaven, one of Copenhagen’s major canals with its beautiful old houses but best known for its many quayside open-air restaurants and bars. Also you will see the Amalienborg Palace, home to the Danish Royal Family, Christiansborg Palace, seat of the Danish parliament and Rosenborg Castle, home to the crown jewels. No visit to Copenhagen would be complete without seeing the Little Mermaid statue in Copenhagen’s harbour.

Travelling overland again, arrive in Oslo for a 2 night stay. The capital of Norway, Oslo is located on the Oslo Fjord in the south of the country. It is laid out in the shape of a horseshoe around the sea and is surrounded by green hills, forests and mountains.

On a half day tour, you will see the Opera House located on the fjord and which offers great views of the city, Frogner Park with its open air Vigeland Museum with 212 large sculptures made of bronze, granite and cast iron and the Royal Palace, designed in the Neo-Classic style and home to the Royal Family. Day 2

Stockholm

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, we meet a local guide and depart by private coach for a 3-hour panoramic city tour of Stockholm, the capital of Sweden.
The city of Stockholm, built on 14 islands and connected by 57 bridges, embraces a unique character of 13th century Old Town with modern high-tech architecture. Stockholm's islands are bordered by Lake Mälaren in the west and the Baltic Sea in the east, where the archipelago with its 30.000 islands awaits exploration. The capital is a big city with a small town personality. Its handy size with short walking distances makes it easy to cover a lot in a short amount of time. Stockholm is proudly called "Beauty on Water" and the sightseeing tour, which includes a walk through the Old Town, passing the City Hall where the Nobel festivities take place, makes for a memorable morning tour. Discover a city of contrasts. Go back 750 years in time and feel the medieval atmosphere of Old Town "Gamla Stan" as you wander through narrow streets. You will see the seven hundred year old cathedral of Stockholm, seat of the archbishop, during your stroll through Old Town and get a chance to see Stortorget, where the Stockholm Blood Bath took place. We will also stop at Fjällgatan, where you will be able to enjoy the best view of Stockholm. (No entrances included). The tour ends at the hotel.
The afternoon is at leisure.
