This 8-day Hawaiian vacation takes you to the islands of O'ahu and Maui. It features first-class accommodations, shared tours, and a car rental on Maui.

Your trip to Hawaii begins in Honolulu, the capital of the Hawaiian Islands, where you’ll relax in the comfortable accommodations of 4-star Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort, located right on famous Waikiki Beach. Enjoy a day of leisure either by the pool or strolling down Kalakaua Avenue to do some shopping. The next day, pay your respects and learn about World War II history at Pearl Harbor. You’ll tour the Visitor Center, the USS Arizona Memorial, and the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl Crater before you continue the tour into downtown Honolulu to see Iolani Palace, the Hawaiian royal palace.

Continue your Hawaii vacation by connecting to Maui, picking up your rental car, and settling into your accommodations at Aston at the Whaler on Kaanapali Beach. During your time on Maui, you’ll discover its enviable landscape on a small-group road trip along the Hana Highway, also known as the Road to Hana. Follow the coastline and all 620 curves in the road and pass over 54 one-lane bridges during one of the most beautiful road trips in America. During your journey, you’ll learn about the island history and stop off at Wai’anapanapa Beach to stroll its black sands.

On your days of leisure on Maui, take the opportunity for some leisurely island explorations with your rent-a-car. The drive from Kaanapali to Kapalua, for example, is lovely and you might want to check out Kapalua’s famous golf course.

At the end of your Hawaiian vacation, you’ll drop off your rental car and connect to the airport on Maui for onward travels.
