Mamanuca Islands Vacations, Honeymoon Packages and Romantic Getaways

  • The Mamanuca Islands is a very popular destination for clients booking our Fiji vacations.

The Mamanuca Islands are made up of 20 islands, 7 of which are covered by the Pacific Ocean at high tide and are part of a volcanic archipelago to be enjoyed ona Fiji vacation. They are located west of Nadi and south of another major Fijian group, the Yasawa Islands.

The attractions among many others on a Fiji vacation are the pristine palm-fringed sandy beaches and wonderful coral reefs among picturesque lagoons. For snorkelers and scuba divers, this is a window to the undersea world.

Apart from these sporting activities, there is also sailing, swimming, kayaking and windsurfing. Hiking is also a popular pastime for visitors on trips to Fiji especially to the interesting off the beaten path villages in the hinterlands.

Some of the major islands are Mana Island with its three excellent beaches, Monuriki Island where the movie Castaway was filmed and Beachcomber Island where coral reefs can be viewed by glass bottom boat.
