St. Andrews-By-The-Sea is Canada's oldest seaside resort town. St. Andrews Historic District, historic Sheriff Andrews House, The Ross Memorial Museum (housed in a red-brick Georgian mansion), Kingsbrae Horticulture Garden, the imposing Algonquin Resort (one of Canada's most charming resorts), and Pendlebury Lighthouse are all worth a visit. Minister's Island National Historic Site of Canada is also nearby.
