From Sydney to Adelaide to Melbourne, you will connect with local producers, offering food and wine experiences, highlighting products, and demonstrating the importance of local foods to the community and the economy. In Melbourne, allow yourself to be enchanted by Australia’s second-largest city, where the food is just as staisfying as the friendly locals, explore the wineries of valleys of the adelaide region, and head out of Sydney to the famous wineries of the Hunter Valley.

Although this tour is based around food and wine, it doesn’t forget to include as a side dish, some great touring, including the historic Rocks area of Sydney, Adelaide Central Market, and the laneways of Melbourne.

Arrive Sydney

G’day! Welcome to Down Under! You will be met and transferred to your hotel.

Sydney

Immerse yourself in a culinary discovery of Sydney’s evolution as you walk along the cobble stones of the historic Rocks precinct to the strikingly, vibrant and most contemporary neighbourhood of Barrangaroo.

In 3 hours you will not only gain a wealth of historical knowledge, you will also unearth an abundance of fabulous local hangouts, eating and drinking in a selection of popular local pubs and restaurants along the way PLUS there is gelato fo finish!

Tonight, enjoy your dinner at Bondi Icebergs. Gracing the cliffs of South Bondi, embracing the panoramic views of the world's most iconic beach, lays a unique Australian dining experience.

Day 3

Hunter Valley

Today, we escape to flourishing wine country, where world famous wineries, acclaimed restaurants, local produce and luxurious hideaways await.

We visit cellar doors and taste wines made from iconic and emerging grape varieties. Learn more about the valley’s unique nature and gain a deeper understanding of winemaking from vineyard to bottle.  A 3 course lunch with wine matching is also included.

Sydney to Adelaide

This morning, transfer to the airport for your flight to Adelaide (not included).

You are invited to tour South Australia’s culinary icon established in 1869, the Adelaide Central Market. Taste a delicious selection of foods from South Australia artisan food producers, meet the suppliers, Stallholders and producers whose families have traded the Market for generation. After the tour, settle in for a delicious Market café lunch and watch the world go by…

Day 5

McLaren Vale

Your journey will showcase this spectacular wine area, with rolling hills and vineyards to the beautiful coastline of the Fleurieu Peninsular with its glistening visas of Gulf St Vincent and pristine beaches on our way to McLaren Vale wine region. McLaren Vale is best known for Shiraz, however the region also excels in Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as Spanish and Italian varieties such as Fiano, Vermentino, Tempranillo, Mouvedre, Nero d’Avola & Sangiovese.

Relax and soak up the atmosphere at four amazing wineries in McLaren Vale, each one steeped in a rich history with knowledgeable & friendly staff, happy to guide you through each wine tasting experience.

Barossa Valley

World renowned and utterly unmistakable, the Barossa is Australia's premier wine region. The history dates back to 1843 when founded by German settlers. Today, it is a must-see destination on any wine lovers list.

Visit boutique wineries; sample the region’s famous Shiraz, Grenache and Mataro wines.

Join an Indigenous Cultural tour. This tour closes with a tasting plate of native food, Barossa wine, and a delicious Indigenous lunch…

Day 7

Adelaide to the Mornington Peninsula

This mornign, transfer to the airport for your flight to Melbourne (not included).

Upon arrival in Melbourne, we head south to Mornington Peninsula, where we will reveal the region with the most delicious secrets.

As you explore the tree-lined back roads or scenic coastal drive, it is here you will discover handpicked, hand caught and handmade delights of farmgates and wineries.

Day 8

Yarra Valley via Mt. Dandenong

Our first stop today is to visit a local farm, before we head up to Dandenong Ranges, the cool, Green lungs of Melbourne.

Relax and unwind with a majestic three-hour steam train journey as you take in the scenic vista of the Dandenong Ranges. A delicious three-course lunch is served onboard (Fridays & Saturdays only, subj to change)

Reboard your coach for leisurly 40-minute drive, to arrive back in the Yarra Valley and enjoy the evening at your leisure

Yarra Valley to Melbourne

The Yarra Valley became Victoria’s first wine region when Yering Station planted its first grapevines, back in 1838. Although wineries have since proliferated across regional Victoria, the Yarra Valley – with its world-renowned cool-climate cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay and sparkling wine – remains a vital part of Australia’s wine discussion.

Melbourne

Melbourne has become famous all over the world over for the café culture scene. The city streets are abuzz with endless cafes and restaurants. Diverting from the main drag of coffee lined laneways, the Café Cultural walk takes you on a tour of Melbourne’s hidden food and café scene. Enjoy meeting some unique businesses who are passionate about tea, coffee and food. Discover places you would never have found on your own and get a real taste of Melbourne’s unique flavour.

Tonight, towering 300 metres above sea level, enjoy breathtaking views of Melbourne at the Eureka 89, whilst indulging in the chefs tasting menus curated by award-wining Executive Chef, Renee Martilano
