Get to know this fabulous city with its many neighbourhoods built on a series of islands. Start off with a bus tour to discover the city's historic and cultural highlight including the Royal Palace, Stockholm City Hall, the Vasa Museum, and Skansen Zoo among others. Later have a cruise around the island of Djurgarden with its beautiful landscapes, museums and art galleries followed by sailing through some of the islands of the Stockholm archipelago.
The following day, enjoy a walking tour through the Old Town, also known as Gamla Stan, with its narrow cobblestone streets and old buildings. On the walk, your guide will regale you with the story of the 1520 Stockholm bloodbath after which continue to the legend of St. George and the Dragon at St. Nicholas Cathedral.

Panoramic City Tour with Old Town Walking Tour of Stockholm

Drottningholm Castle
Enjoy your three hour tour of Drottningholm Castle. The crown jewel among Swedish palaces, beautiful Drottningholm is located 11 kilometres west of Stockholm on Lovö Island in Lake Mälaren. "Versailles in miniature", is an oft-used epithet for this former summer residence - now the permanent home - of the Swedish Royal Family. The palace, which originally was built as a Baroque place and later extended and refurbished in the Rococo style, boasts magnificent suites from the 1600s, 1700s and 1800s, extensive parks, its own theatre and a Chinese pavilion. The Drottningholm Court Theatre is a unique attraction with its original scenery, 200-year old stage machinery and interior decoration virtually untouched by the passage of times. The theatre is still used for opera and ballet performances.
