Discover the valley of Vaipohe, located on Tahiti's West Coast on this half-day hiking excursion. Escorted by your tour guide, experience the interior of the island with its amazing tropical, lush scenery, waterfalls and different species of plants. The day begins with a hike up the river for an hour before reaching a superb garden home to lemon trees, paw paw trees, coffee bean trees, and Sour sop. Option to dip in the natural pond or one of the small waterfalls along the way. Walk along the river to the impressive dry canyon. Break for a rest at the river before walking back toward point of departure. This walk is rated easy.
