Bonjour, and welcome to Paris, you have arrived in the city of romance! An assistant will meet you in the arrivals hall of the airport and escort you to your private transfer to the hotel.
After check in, enjoy some time at leisure before dinner. This evening you will enjoy dinner on the river Seine, as you cruise along the river on the “Etoile” service. A typical Parisienne experience as you watch the dazzling lights of the city’s skyline and riverbanks whilst having your 3 course dinner and wine.
Start your day by passing where the Notre-Dame Cathedral used to stand but unfortunately was caught by a fire last year. After you will see the Latin Quarter and will stop at the Pantheon (no entrance), whose neoclassical dome is an icon of the Parisian skyline. Its vast interior is an architectural masterpiece: originally an abbey church dedicated to Ste Geneviève and now a mausoleum, it has served since 1791 as the resting place of some of France’s greatest thinkers, including Voltaire, Rousseau, Braille and Hugo. You’ll end your morning by the Medieval Marais
This afternoon enjoy a guided tour of the Louvre Museum group tour. This guided tour offers the perfect opportunity to learn about the museum's huge collection and its greatest works of art, such as the Mona Lisa, the Venus de Milo, and the Coronation of Napoleon.
The balace of the day is at leisure to explore the City of Light at your own pace.
This morning you will head out of Paris as you head for a royal morning with your private coach and guide. The Palace of Versailles is one of the most famous landmarks in France, whose origins date back to the 17th century and home to over 800 acres of land. As you enter the palace with your guide, they will show you the amazing royal apartments as you hear tales about the various Kings of France that have resided in the palace. You will also have some short time to wander around the beautiful, landscaped gardens before returning to Paris for the afternoon. Enjoy your last afternoon at leisure in Paris, why not take some time for shopping or just relax and enjoy a French pastry and coffee on one of the many terraces whilst people watching.
Au Revoir Paris, Hello London!
We transfer to the station, in time to board the Eurostar train from Paris to London. Upon arrival in London, an assistant will be waiting to greet you on the station platform and will escort the group to your hotel. Spend the evening singing along and having fun as we see ABBA on stage and in concert at “ABBA Voyage”, a truly unique one of a kind virtual concert experience, exclusive to London. (subject to schedules)
This morning we enjoy a panoramic tour of the city. The city's buildings are striking milestones in a unique and beguiling biography, and a great many of them – the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben are instantly recognizable landmarks. But you will also see St Paul's Cathedral, the Houses of Parliament, the River Thames, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, and Tower Bridge.
The afternoon is at leisure, before we head for an early dinner. After dinner, we continue our evening at the Tower of London; we arrive after regular visiting hour. A former royal residence, treasury, mint, armory and zoo, it is perhaps now most remembered as the prison where a king, three queens and many nobles met their deaths. Our tour starts with a guided tour through the grounds of the fortress, before finishing with the Evening Ceremony of the Keys, where you witness the worlds longest running military ceremony. The evening finishes, around 10pm, and we return to the hotel.
